Service Description

Small Group. Individualized Attention. Measurable Growth. Designed to complement your child's Fundations® classroom instruction, this 8-week program provides targeted phonics and fluency practice to help students build accuracy, automaticity, and confidence as readers—with individualized progress monitoring throughout the cycle. What’s Included -24 Live Small-Group Sessions -30-minute online sessions, 3 times per week for 8 weeks. Weekly Individual Progress Monitoring Each student receives an individual fluency/progress check each week. Progress data is used to adjust instruction and identify skills needing additional practice. 60-Minute Onboarding & Initial Assessment Before instruction begins, each student participates in a one-on-one onboarding session that includes: - Getting to know the student - Learning about reading strengths and areas of concern - Initial literacy assessment - Review of relevant classroom information - Computer/technology check - Establishing a baseline for progress monitoring 30-Minute End-of-Cycle Parent Consultation At the conclusion of the 8-week cycle, parents meet with the tutor to review progress, discuss strengths and remaining areas of need, and determine recommended next steps.
